Tolaron is an independent venture studio in Prague. We do not sell development capacity — we build and operate our own products, in markets where the rules are written down, the deadlines are statutory, and someone eventually has to prove that the work was done.

The system of record for companies that service medical devices — statutory check planning, configurable digital protocols that work fully offline, and a signed, audit-ready document out of every visit.
Monivero
Relying-party infrastructure for the EU Digital Identity Wallet under eIDAS 2.0 — wallet interaction, credential verification, trust, consent and auditability, so no European business has to own that surface itself.
How we work
- We build for the regulated case first
- Statutory deadlines, signed records, trust frameworks, audit trails. The hard requirements come first, not as a later hardening pass — because in these markets they are the product.
- One team, thesis to operation
- Design, engineering, and go-to-market sit under one roof. Nothing is thrown over a wall, and the people who decide what to build also run it in production.
- The work has to hold up offline
- Hospital basements, machine rooms, sites with no signal. Software that only works on a good connection is software that fails on the day it matters.
- AI does the clerical work, people sign
- We use models to remove typing, transcription, and lookup — never to take over the judgment or the signature that a regulator will later ask about.
