Context
Avenoria is built for field work that has to be proven: planned against a deadline, done on site, documented and signed. Lifts, fire safety, electrical inspections and industrial maintenance all work this way; the first industry the platform is configured for is medical equipment service.
Companies that service medical equipment in the Czech Republic work under EU MDR, the Czech medical devices act, ČSN EN 62353 and ISO 13485. A service visit is a legally significant event: planned, done by a qualified person, documented in a prescribed form, signed, archived for years, and produced on demand when SÚKL, a notified body or the hospital's quality department audits.

Problem
Today that obligation runs on paper protocols in the van, spreadsheet plans on a shared drive, an accounting system, phone calls for dispatch and a folder of scanned PDFs. A missed periodic safety check on a single device can invalidate the hospital's ability to use it, and the deadlines live in spreadsheets that no one owns.

Constraints
Offline first: the technician's device is the source of truth while offline, and everything synchronises afterwards. Evidence has to be sealed and reproducible; the PDF an auditor sees must be the PDF that was signed. Medical is the first configuration, not the platform's identity, so nothing industry-specific may enter the core.

Solution
One platform, four products. An offline-first mobile app for technicians: checklists, measurements, photos, signatures, time and van stock. An operations portal for dispatch, assets, documents, billing preparation and compliance. Drafting help for reports that a person approves. And the core: identity and tenancy, the asset registry, work orders, the deadline engine, synchronisation, document sealing, PDF generation and audit.

Outcome
In development. The specification and architecture are complete, the database schema and its tests are in place, and the mobile app, the sync protocol and the document pipeline are being built. There is no pilot yet, and this page will say so until there is.

Technology
React Native with Expo for the field app, Supabase and Postgres with row-level security, a deterministic PDF engine, and Czech and English from the first screen.
